Kayla Brooks is the founder of Anchor Point Therapy & Consulting and has been practicing occupational therapy since 2014. She earned her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Bachelor's degree in Human Performance and Health, and a minor in Communication Studies from West Virginia University.
Throughout her career, Kayla has worked across skilled nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, home health, outpatient therapy, and school-based practice, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the continuum of care. Her experience includes supervising therapy staff, conducting evaluations, leading quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with educators and families to help children achieve meaningful, functional outcomes.
Kayla is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare, an LSVT BIG Certified Clinician, and is completing the School-Based Sensory Intensive Certification through the STAR Institute. She founded Anchor Point Therapy & Consulting with the vision of creating a trusted local therapy partner that values collaboration, reliability, and compassionate, individualized care.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and making memories with family and friends. She believes the strongest therapy outcomes are built through meaningful relationships and is passionate about helping children develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed both in school and in everyday life.

Ashley has been a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) since 2015 and brings over a decade of experience serving children and families across South Texas. Throughout her career, she has worked in school-based therapy, pediatric home health, outpatient pediatric rehabilitation, and skilled nursing, providing compassionate, individualized care to clients of all ages.
Ashley is passionate about helping each child develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in everyday life. She enjoys collaborating with families, educators, and therapy teams to create meaningful, functional outcomes that support independence both in the classroom and beyond. Her experience includes working with children with autism, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, and a variety of fine and gross motor challenges.
A graduate of Del Mar College's Occupational Therapy Assistant program, Ashley is known for her accountability, positive attitude, and genuine commitment to helping others reach their fullest potential.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her dogs, tending to her garden, and traveling to explore new places. She believes maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life helps her bring energy, creativity, and compassion to every child she serves.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Esbeidi is a bilingual Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with experience serving children and families in school-based and pediatric settings throughout the Corpus Christi area. She brings a compassionate, individualized approach to therapy, helping children develop the skills needed to participate more independently at school, at home, and in their everyday routines.
Esbeidi is committed to supporting meaningful progress through collaboration with families, educators, and therapy teams. Her experience includes working with children with developmental disabilities to strengthen fine motor skills, coordination, and independence in daily activities. Fluent in English and Spanish, she helps families understand and carry over therapy strategies. She enjoys adapting activities and materials to meet each child’s needs and make learning accessible and engaging.
A graduate of Del Mar College’s Occupational Therapy Assistant program, Esbeidi earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in 2022. She brings strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to client-centered care to her work with children and families.
Outside of work, Esbeidi loves spending time with her family and supporting her children as they grow and explore their interests. She values being present for everyday moments, celebrating their accomplishments, and encouraging them as they take on new challenges.
